The Engineers

Castor-Troy has revealed the third instalment of his contribution to the Paris 1889 Steampunk project he is undertaking with his friend Domino39. Needless to say, it is another stunner from one of my favourite builders.

Stepping Back in Time

One of my favourite builders, Castor Troy, helps us take a step back in time with his contributions to the Paris Steampunk 1889 collaboration.

As always, thanks Castor Troy for the inspiration!

Inspiration – Castor-Troy

Castor-Troy’s amazing buildings have been a huge inspiration to me to say the least.

I’m sure I’m not the only one blown away by his layout, which has a diverse range of themes seamlessly integrated, from modulars through to the kingdoms sets.  The view from below, which shows off the back of the historic district, is one of my favourite angles of this stunning layout.

And here is another, this one looking at the park towards the beautiful historic church.

The building on the left is an expanded version of the French Mansion, which was Castor-Troy’s entry to the Modular Madness contest on Eurobricks in 2012.  It just blew me away when I first saw it.

Head over to Castor-Troy’s Flickr pages for lots more inspiration.  Make sure you check out his latest project – the Vampire Castle – while you’re there.
